In his speech yesterday, Trump mentioned some woman who was rescued from being tortured. He mentioned the general and his crew got her out. He did not go into details. I am curious about if there's any truth to this or if it's an exaggeration?

the Biogen employee who lives in Massachusetts and flew to China, even though she had symptoms. Last I heard she was being treated in China.
You may be right, but I thought he was referring to her basically being tortured and she had to get rescued by the military. With him, you never know the truth.

"tortured" but provided no details, so I'd take his version of the "facts" with many grains of salt.
I read that China was planning on prosecuting her.
