Only those who work for businesses and programs that "provide essential services" are exempt.
So far, 1,887 persons (four from Oregon, one from Montana, the rest from Idaho) have been tested in Idaho. According to the state coronavirus website:
Panhandle Health District:
Kootenai County: 3 cases
Southwest District Health:
Canyon County: 5 cases
Central District Health:
Ada County (where the state capital is): 22 cases
Valley County: 1 case
South Central Public Health District:
Blaine County (where the Sun Valley resort is): 33 cases
Cassia County: 1 case
Twin Falls County: 1 case
Southeastern Idaho Public Health:
Bannock County: 2 cases
Bingham County: 1 case
Eastern Idaho Public Health:
Madison County: 2 cases
Teton County: 2 cases
So far, zero deaths have been reported in the state.

(82,849 posts)Hopefully the low population density for most of the state will work in favor of blunting the spread of Covid-19. I clicked through on the Idaho Statesman link. Only four comments, but none of them were of the "Why are we giving in to this Democrat hoax" variety. So that's good, too.

(34,661 posts)followers that all Meetings on Sundays are canceled till further notice. That is the real reason Idaho as well as the rest of the Colonies are reporting fewer active cases.
