(34,136 posts)Originally she booked a Mediterranean cruise but it was cancelled so the offered her one out of South Africa. Then they dumped all the passengers off in Madagascar.
I don't know how she made it back - we haven't spoken since 2013 - but she's home now and jonesing for another cruise.

in Argentina, 10 days before the cruise lines shut down. They were heading to Chile and they refused to let them dock. Since then they have been trying to find a place that would let them disembark.
