...are not only the best and fastest way out of extreme social and economic restrictions – they’re also the best way to prevent them."

Passively sheltering in place is not the answer. We must make sure our states implement the second point: "a system to find every suspected case at community level."

After the DT admin's blockage of testing efforts for the 7 most critical weeks, most states are scrambling to make up for lost time. Some, not so much. (e.g., AZ has tested 924 people -- about 130 per million vs NY's 6,250 per million)

2 weeks exactly. No symptoms. Am I planning to go anywhere? Do anything? No. I don't think I have it or had it, but now, I don't want to get it. It looks like the isolation needs to last more than 2 weeks, however long it takes for everyone to get it together and follow what WHO is laying out.

.. to the store yesterday. I've been extremely careful, but have decided it is just not worth the risk. Ours is a multi-generational" house (me, 83 yo mom, and her 79 yo husband). From here on out, it's delivery only (with all precautions recommended in the following PSA)
