My ex in-laws raised harlequin danes, they were absolutely beautiful dogs. Not just their striking colors and coat patterns, but their temperament was so gentle and careful.
They tolerated everything, toddlers, cats and grannys. They always wanted to sit in my lap, well, at least get their butts in my lap while their front feet stayed on the floor. They weighed a ton and wouldn't budge until they saw another lap to claim.

I wish someone inside would help pull up the blinds so the dog can see them through the window better. Looks like some of the residents figured it out; more will as time goes by.
