Mike Kelly (Republican Party) is a member of the U.S. House, representing Pennsylvania's 16th Congressional District. He assumed office on January 3, 2019. His current term ends on January 3, 2021.

Based on analysis of multiple outside rankings, Kelly is an average Republican member of Congress, meaning he will vote with the Republican Party on the majority of bills. He was described by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette in January 2019 as "a fiscal conservative and Donald Trump loyalist.

coming in advance (e.g., rump moving to FL, other signs) so they all got sick in advance so they can get over it and be immune. I know that this is far fetched and crazy land conspiracy, but I wondered why all of a sudden rump moved to FL. Seems rather odd moving all of a sudden from NY to FL when he's been in NY until his 70s.
