We need an impeachment intervention.

Not just to stop the person from destroying his life, but to save everyone else from his destructive tendencies.

1. We just had one. Remember how well that worked? What we need now is...

voter intervention.

GOTV this November. Drag people out of their chairs and force them to vote.

2. Can we afford to wait until November?

I don't think so.

3. Why do you think there will be a different outcome?

If you don’t think it will end differently, then we’ll be waiting until November, regardless.

5. Obviously, no guarantee....but

Put every Republican in Congress on the record as to whether Trump's dereliction of duty and failure to serve and protect this country in his handling of CV-19. There may well be the votes in the Senate to find Trump guilty as per the A of I.

7. Wishful thinking, not going to happen. The only way to get rid of him is to vote him out.

6. Nothing in Congress has changed, and look at how the last one worked out...

Truth is, we have to wait until November.

It would, of course, be interesting if we impeached him after he lost the election and before inauguration.

4. I would agree with you, but there's not time for that,

and the Senate would still acquit. In the meantime, there's a lot that needs to be done with regard to the COVID-19 pandemic. I think we're going to have to forego an early exit for Trump and just defeat his plans in other ways in the meantime.
