were supposed to be creating? They've spent most of their time during these past two years passing stuff they KNEW would be DOA in Senate/WH, as well cheerleading AGAINST economic recovery that they can then blame on President Obama.

Unfortunately, he does not understand that their job is to pass legislation that can get thru the Senate and signed by the President. Simply passing a bunch of right-wing bullshit is meaningless.
