No way, and will not open their states.

While my state, New Mexico, is small in population and not very important in the larger scheme of things, our Governor, Michelle Luhan Grisham (hmmm. A woman. Wonder if that matters But I digress.) who shut down a lot of things early on, earlier than places that ended up being epicenters. As did the state of Kansas. Governor Laura Kelly. Not to mention Michigan, Governor Gretchen Whitmer.

Gosh, it seems as if those governors have something in common, but I can't quite figure out what it is. Can anyone here help me out?
