(21,402 posts)Trump's lawyers are arguing that Trump can shoot someone on 5th Avenue, pump him full of lead and not only can't anyone arrest him, no one can even investigate him. That is the actual argument.

(21,402 posts)and turn over the Watergate tapes and the SC ruled 8-0 that he did indeed have to comply with the subpoena. I mean it isn't like we don't already have precedence for this.

Rachel was opining that may be why Trump has been so owly lately.
