Why hasn't the press asked Romney

how he feels about the possibility of his campaign benefitting from the disenfranchisement of thousands to millions of legal voters?

This question really needs to be directed at him.

Millions of legal voters could be blocked from participating from voting. Mr. Romney, if this indeed does happen, and is confirmed, how would you deal with an illegitimate Romney-Ryan victory?

Will you cooperate with post election efforts to count those disenfranchised votes?

The press needs to prepare a line of questioning so these criminals don't get away with stealing an election.

don't you feel that all Americans have the right to vote and why won't you condemn the efforts by some to disenfranchise voters and take that right away from them? Isn't the ability to vote for elected representatives a sacred right for Americans? Shouldn't all Americans be treated fairly? Do you feel that you need voter disenfranchisement to give you an advantage in November?

These are just some of the questions that should be posed to Rmoney during the debates.

is under laws designed to address illegal voting, all the stories I've heard so far are about legal voters expecting to encounter trouble voting.

How are they going to explain millions of disenfranchised legal voters?

Having to question the legitimacy of a vote is what happens when a bunch of different states start playing around with voting laws, voting methods, redistricting, voter rolls, registrations, etc., particularly right before a major election. IMHO we need one uniform system of voting laws in this country. The state-by-state fragmentary nature of voting laws, as well as the interference of partisan officials seeking to influence the vote one way or another have turned our election into litigation free-for-alls IMHO. If this election is remotely "close", I think it's fair to expect a TON of litigation by other side. Hopefully, though, President Obama will win it by a wide enough margin that the legitimacy should not be in question (though the right will NEVER accept the legitimacy of a Democratic Presidency but that's another matter).
