I am a white girl from Oakland, and have many black friends. I have been struggling with white guilt for a while now as each of these events come across our news.

Today, I decided to DO something about it. Whether I can volunteer, write, or somehow get involved in advocacy somewhere somehow. I am going to stop typing how sad and upset I am and start FIXING this problem.
