I did a google asking the question and it directed me to the OBAMA website.
It directed me to input my email address, phone etc. and then it asked for the donation.
I want to volunteer, I've made donations....
It only gave me the option to donate.

(14,040 posts)It would probably better to see if you have a local Obama campaign office and if so, call them.

(30,404 posts)giving me the address for the Volunteers....
It's not far from my house.
I'm also going to call my friend that lives in a nearby city.
She said something about a website that you can go to AFTER you are a volunteer to get names that you can call in swing states etc. and talk to them ~ I'll call her today for more information.

I have entered my name in the volunteer section too and then received an email with another link to enter more information.

(60 posts)When you are on the barackobama.com website, click on the continue to website link, usually at the bottom of the screen. Once on the home page, hover on the "Get Involved" button and a drop down will give the options to select your state, find an event, find your local office, etc...hope this helps!
This should help:
http://www.barackobama.com/state?source=primary-nav
You will get the local information.. events, who to contact etc.
Also every state campaign has a Facebook page.. eg Virginia:
Obama for America - Virginia: http://www.facebook.com/ofa.va
