There was an incident in Minneapolis last night. Can't figure out what happened

Some people are saying this white woman, who is only 30 and apparently can walk went into Target to "stop the looters" (?) and she was stabbing black people. She was assaulted. I can't tell from the videos if she had a knife but people were saying she was stabbing people in the video.

????? Anyone know about this? It's trending on Twitter as #Jennifer
