(18,402 posts)I didnt attend this one because of need to be socially distanced (were seniors), but Ive been there for a number of previous ones. The only thing that worries me is that I know how crowded the El trains get, and that is peoples main means of transportation to these events. The train cars are packed like sardines. Even with masks, this seems dangerous.
But sometimes you have to take risks when the stakes are high. I thank the younger people (and some older, Im sure) who put themselves on the line for this. Hope nobody gets sick.

(25,983 posts)Good for them. I hope they are all wearing masks. As much as I support the protests, I worry about the number of people who may get sick.
