4. I used to live in a town that was tunneled

by Al Capone and friends. They went all over the place. DC has many escape routes underground so I'm thinking he's either in the bunker or at Camp David or some secure location. Wherever he is, bet it's highly secure in comsys so his phone probably isn't functional. Watch for a major tweet dump when he comes out of hiding. He's probably tweeting away while he sits in the hiding place... it will all upload when he comes out of the communications dead zone.
