Because ‘Mur-ka is much more supportive of AR-15-toting Jeebuz than gentle Jeebuz, meek and mild. American Christians have for the most part been complicate in the RW movement to turn this country into a Christian theocracy, destroying the secular republic envisioned by The Founders.

And so, we will sit by and watch for the next day or two as religious hands are wrung and outrage is feigned. But by next week, the religious vote will begin to solidify behind tRump, while talk of the pandemic, police brutality and massive unemployment move to the back burners.
