One day Brezhnev looked out of his window and saw a "Brezhnev is an idiot" written on the snow with a stream of urine. Outrages, he called in his KGB chief and demanded he find out who did it. A day later, the KGB chief reports to Brezhnev: "The urine is Gorbachev's... and the handwriting is your wife's".

(3,626 posts)...centered on Reagan International Airport. I seriously doubt they would authorize a skywriter or banner-dragger in the zone even though some flights are allowed because of their potentially erratic flight paths.
