He wouldn't just leave it there. There will be a giant "but" followed by all kinds of condemnation of the protests, black culture, kneeling, etc.

I'm sure he will lie about Democrats and the made up Antifa, he always does. He will also praise himself more than he does anything else - again it's what he does and will not change. Of course a report will never be publicly issued because it's only window dressing to begin with.
