(Revised) Poll: Hydroxychloroquine safety

I'm interested in people's current understanding of the safety of hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) in general, but in particular as used in relation to Covid-19. So, at the dosage consistent with recent clinical trials. Caveats about underlying conditions are assumed.

In otherwise healthy individuals, with no known risk factors or underlying (cardiac) issues, how safe is HCQ?
