2. Seems stupid of Lady Antebellum to take a name that's already used.

If only there was something like Google.

I don't know if performer names are copyrighted, but they should be. Maybe Lady Antebellum could take a name that's not currently in use. How about "Mozart".

3. Lady Antebellum said this is the nickname from

their fans, so that's why they went with it.

Their managers and lawyers should have researched it.

6. That name never made sense for them, anyway.

First time I heard it I assumed it was all women and was surprised when I actually saw them that's it's 2 men, one woman and zero hoop skirts.
