Doesn't the Tulsa Department of Health have an obligation...

...to close any facility open to the public if it deems it to be a major health risk?

Also, what do BOK’s insurers have to say about this? I’ve heard that lawyers are saying that the waivers being signed by the attendees of Brother Don’s Travelin’ Con-tagion Show aren’t worth spit.

I think that provides them the legal cover they need. If people refuse to take the masks or to put them on and later get sick, that's on them because they themselves were negligent.
