Trump's crowd was smaller than usual but what stood out to me

was that the crowd was not nearly as rabid. Maybe I just didn't watch it long enough. I'll admit that I mostly relied on the talking heads coverage. I can't take more than a few minutes at a time.

It's tiring camping out for 4 days in the heat and rain so you can get a seat in an empty arena. Nevilledog Jun 2020 #1

It's a side benefit of the Covid. And when you look at how they dress, you can see they have no taste either.

Gotta be a punch in the gut to wait outside for days on line, then at game time realize that you didn't need to wait outside for days on line. It rained some also as I recall.

Wonder how many people took off work, used vacation days, etc for that?

I'm guessing they weren't allowed to bring the tents and pavilions and stuff into BOK (the "K" stands for Kovid 19!).

Hillary. He’s got nothing now. There’s no big bad bogey man or woman to rile them up about. He’s got no shtick.

They half-heartedly held up their signs. They scratched their noses. They checked their phones. They seemed bored. If tRump has lost his minions, he has lost. I saw failure trundle down Marine One. Let us be rid of that pathetic thing called the tRump family.

I hope they put a lot of covid19 in the air on that one. Couldn't happen to nicer people.

It seemed about half were fiddling with something, talking to their neighbor or just plain blase. The shine is coming off I think.
