According to the definition in the Constitution and the U.S. Code, Dumbass Donald committed treason when he delayed implementing the law calling for sanctions against Russia and again when he withdrew the troops allowing Russia to take over our bases. The latter might arguably be simply a colossal mistake within the power of the Presidency, but the former was a violation of law in order to aid Putin.
