To those following the NYS Primary returns, something you need to know...
The results you are seeing tonight are are very limited vote in person tallies.
There were more requests for absentee ballots than there were total voters in the 2016 Primary.
The absentee ballots only needed to be postmarked today.
They won't be tallied for another week.
