The median of people with no liability seems to be 33% or even lower.

The % in the deep south and TX/NM/ID must be pretty damn astronomical to take that average and jack it up to 47% nationwide

From the article:

One important note about these numbers: This measures only those Americans who filed for taxes with no liability. Millions more didn't even file; it's those millions, added to the estimated 52 million here, who combine to make that 47 percent.


So, basically, it's people in all states. Many, many, many Americans.

such a low rate like 3%.

This is really wrong.....but evidence that the gap between rich and poor is insanely wide.

It also means that there are no middle-wage jobs because we don't make anything anymore...even our freakin flags
