Comedy Central host Jon Stewart and Fox News host Bill OReilly will square off, mano-a-mano, in a pay-per-view debate next month, with half the proceeds going to unspecified charities.
OReilly announced the debate on his Monday night show, warning that his longtime liberal rival is going to be taking some massive heat on Saturday, Oct. 6 at George Washington University.
Theyre calling it: The Rumble in the Air Conditioned Auditorium.
The longtime Republican opinion host said the event would function similar to presidential debates, but without all the phoniness and pomposity.
The event will be live-streamed from a website the two have set up. Viewers can access the stream for just $5 a pop.
