What's up with the CNN electoral vote tracker?

It's had the same split...Obama ahead or leading for 237 electoral votes, Romney ahead or leading in 191, with the rest "toss-ups"...for at least a month and a half now...through BOTH conventions...Did they just give up on adjusting it at some point?
