Am I wrong to resent my tax $$ going towards republicans who refuse to acknowledge

that my tax dollars are helping them?!

These republicans (unemployed, poor, SS and medicare recipients) are twisting like pretzels to defend Mitt and demonize the "takers." Even when they admit to having been on govt assistance, they insist that they quickly transitioned off of welfare and didn't stay on it like other moochers and leechers. In other words, they say to themselves "it's OK when I used it, but I'm going to assume that everyone else who uses it is lazy."

I'm really starting to think that this country should be split into at least 2 regions. Let the teabaggers enjoy their tax free peasant society, and the rest of us get on with civilization!

It'll never happen, but wouldnt it be great if both sides of the spectrum split up into two different regions of the country? Let their side have all the wars, all the gun-slingers, the polluted water, the rolled-back regulations on food, and the for-profit health care system. No social security and no socialized medicine, infrastructure, or police force for them.
