Oh my! Three weeknights and a weekend without her. I love Ari just fine, he is a good man, but it's Rachel that gets me through the night. Miss her so much these days she needs off. I have never been a groupie or big fan of anything except maybe the Tuna plays. But I gotta have my Rachel fix regularly.

I am geting addicted to those guys so I may never watch Rachel Lawrence or Brian again.

... she's fine. She's very successful and has a great paid summer vacation. MSNBC doesn't like to tell viewers exactly when and how many days their stars are contracted to take. They think viewers will find something else to watch - or do and maybe not return!

...it's obvious she really cares about the subjects she discusses. You can tell she's getting exhausted and I know she needs that down time. Clearly she works hard and sleeps little because this corrupt administration insists on tearing down our democracy, checks and balances, lining their pockets at the expense of American lives. We are all exhausted from it. But I just miss her so much when she's gone. I will try Lemon. I really like him too. Cuomo regularly pisses me off.

There's a dishonesty about the way the absences of popular TV hosts are presented, i.e., "Rachel has the night off." They don't want to say that someone is on vacation because they're afraid viewers won't tune in for the duration. "They" meaning the corporate suits at MSNBC (other networks probably do that too, but it's standard practice at MSNBC.)
