Won't permit independent independent teacher evaluations; ensuring that principals basically can fire anyone they don't like. Two Unsatisfactory ratings in two years are grounds for instituting dismissal proceedings. Of *tenured* teachers , that is.

Probationaries can be fired at any time, for any reason. (Oh. And blacklisted for life. Great system, no?)

Even if the principal ... they're all essentially mayoral appointees now....has NO educational experience at all.
