That will make quite a few think twice before doing business in Russia and getting basically kidnapped by Putin's regime via his sham courts to be dangled for some favors or swaps

I bet that after the next Pooty-Dump phone call, Dump announces that he convinced his good friend Vlad to release this fellow.

This would be a very simple act for Pooty to help Dump and his failed reelection campaign.
