1. Trump's and Pence's terms automatically expire per the Constitution
and the job goes to the next person in the line of succession, which would be the Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi.

11. You don't have to be a member of Congress to be Speaker of the House,
though that's never happened before. Theoretically, even if Pelosi had not been re-elected she could still be Speaker because the term of Speaker doesn't have an expiration date; they serve at the pleasure of the House. It would be litigated, of course.

2. The result of the Presidential election will be known
on January 6.
If no winner is decided by that vote it goes to Congress |

4. the new Congress yes
but it's done per state delegation. Right now, they lead 26-24, so we'd need at least one more delegation to fall our way.
Unclear what happens if it's 50-50...but suspect at least one R would go with the popular vote winner in the case of a tie. |

7. The Florida Congressional delegation is
13 Democrats and 14 Republicans. This might be the best shot for picking up another majority Democratic delegation as only one seat needs to be flipped.
It would be poetic justice if it were Ted Yoho’s seat although he is not running for re-election. Mario Diaz-Balart from Miami (FL 25th) might be the best pickup opportunity; his is only an R+4 district. |

9. In the event of a tie in the House
they revote. In 1800 it took a week and 36 ballots to elect Jefferson over Burr
