Saw it passing the discount cart while at getting some Blue Bunny Load’d cones - a surprise for the family since they JUST KEEP EATING ALL THE OTHER ONES I’VE BOUGHT.

I've come to love Grocery Outlet. It is SO much cheaper for some things than the "regular" grocery stores. I was just there yesterday.

is it a Dollar Store type of outfit.

I live in the midwest. So often on here folks talk about businesses we have never heard of.

There are several Grocery Outlets in the East Bay.

Sadly, no Aldi here, though.

There is one in Iowa. Not sure how close this is to you, but they are excellent. You will generally not find branded stuff here except for alcohol, but the quality is first-rate. It's a German-owned chain.

We buy most of our staple foods at Costco. Good price and good quality even though we sometimes end up with a year's worth of something.

I was just curious where Grocery Outlet was. That was all. Some folks get on here and talk about local stuff thinking what they have in their backyard will be understood by posters from around the world.

I am often curious when I hear of a new restaurant or food chain to try to serif it will ever get to the forgotten Midwest. Costco eventually made it here.

That is all - just wondering where it was. Now that I know I am sure I can forget it because we will never see one.

So many folks post something local and never gives us a hint where they are. So it seems like every night I am on a hunt to try to figure out what they are talking about. Had I known it was San Francisco I would have moved on quickly.

that is all.

Full groceries. However, you take what they have, which is fine with me. Stuff is high quality too.
