Trump twice pushed back the deadline to release his 2019 financial disclosures. Then dropped them with no warning late on Friday. Then said he was banning TikTok and pulled everyone's attention away. We're still paying attention. See his finances here:

The emoluments clause works, but enforcing restrictions against the president specifically is hard when the political will isn't there. But it works in other contexts.

My opinion is that the emoluments clause could be used to force Donnie to return any emoluments to the federal government. I don't think we can get him on criminal charges for it, but we should be able to make him cough it up.

4. This is just the same junk he's released in the past. Lists all the entities he gets income from.

I counted 210! Lots of diversions too. Assets are in many different names; Melania LLC, & many others. There is a list of who he owes $$ to, but the amts. are shown as "over $50,000, etc. so there's no way to determine just how much he owes & to who. I'm waiting for the release of his tax returns! Those will show the unvarnished truth!
