Editing to note that the Team Trump account is tweeting again, several times in the last hour (as of 8:30 CDT).

But the message that Twitter marked for violating their rules, which they'd posted early enough for Trump to tweet the link to it several hours ago (see reply 3 below), has been removed so it no longer appears there.

2. It's the same tweet on his personal account?

3. He tweeted a link to the campaign account tweet 7 hours ago.

His tweet is still there, but when you click on the link for the Team Trump tweet, you get the Twitter message saying it violated Twitter rules.

4. It's almost like they knew they were doing something wrong by just posting the link.

has been removed (I had to scan down newer tweets and retweets to check).
