MSNBC Reporting that Deutsche Bank has already complied with NY Subpoena

Seeing this story repeated in multiple places as well, original breaking news in NYT.

I suspect this is related to the NY AG major NATIONAL announcement tomorrow.

August Surprise!

Probably not related, directly. The subpoenas are from the Manhattan DA. RockRaven Aug 2020 #3
Why wouldn't it be shared? triron Aug 2020 #11
I didn't posit it wouldn't be shared, just that the NY AG would have no need to rely on Vance RockRaven Aug 2020 #12

The state AG would not need to get information by proxy like that.

If the NY AG was building a case which needed that info, they could have subpoenaed it when, or before, Vance did. The story is about Vance's office doing the subpoena and getting the records.

Given the entire universe of things which this presser could be about, it is unlikely that it will be a case which the NY AG had been working on yet depended on info which Vance had subpoenaed but she had not, which then she happened to get as a result of Vance's subpoena and then shared with her. In my limitedly-informed opinion.

Now we get to prove it.

The next choice for the cabal will be Sing Sing or Attica. (After a stop over in Rikers)
