How many Republicans would vote Trump to off their wealthy grandparents for the inheritance money?

I think it's non-zero. For the inheritance-minded Republican, there's an incentive to let Covid-19 run wild by voting for Trump and his Republican stooges. Covid will knock off Grandma and Grandpa through "natural causes." A few tears about "God's will" later and ka-ching, payday.

If I were a Republican senior, I'd be eying my relatives closely. Just to be on the safe side, I'd tell them I put a clause in my will that my money goes to charity if I die from Covid. My Republican progeny would be incentivized to keep me healthy. Trump and his Republican accessories could lose millions of votes.

My parents were really good savers. So I did pretty good on the inheritance, and plan on passing it along unless tRump totally ruins the economy and the stock market. It wasn't an obscene amount like very few will get now, but I am comfortable.

See King Lear. Trump is offering a temptation to let seniors die. One of his Republican accessories in Texas even suggested it in words. That can have a way of biasing people's minds unconsciously. Why have that in the back of anyone's mind? Just vote out Trump, clear the air, and keep everyone friendly.
