... he somehow thinks that announcing this somehow placates & wins back the vets & military who are furious about the Russian bounties. As if they don't know that the Veterans Choice Act happened 6 years ago.

He really is that stupid.

I can't wait to see the VoteVets ad that calls him out for the massive liar he is.
