This EO thing is gonna blow up right in their faces. I think trump forgot to tell the states that they had to pay for his EO before he signed it.

7. States?

States are tapped out for money as it is with the negligible tax income it's getting with the pandemic and the pandemic funding of state and local expenses. States are also have a difficult time getting loans for future payments.

First, the Trump memoranda is not legal binding. Whether that's going to impede Steve Mnuchin is anyone's guess. Second, if if the Government is sending out checks, does it mean that one check from them would be $300 and the states would be expected to send a second check in the amount of $100? Or would the states have to send their money directly to DC to have one check of $400 go out?

11. Would that be the same states that are strapped already from dealing with the pandemic?

Would it be the same states who had to scramble for PPEs, paying exorbitant amounts of money for them and then wondering how to find enough money left over to continue to run their communities and pay their own bills?

What a jackass move.
