as it sends a message to union members that the Dems are fine with this. The enemy of my enemy is not automatically my friend. And this tactic backfires 9 out of 10 times it is used. If they insist on allowing this, they should sandwich him between to strong pro-union speakers who make it plain that anti-union folks can pound sand.

But frankly, I'd rather see Steve Schmidt or any other half-dozen "reformed conservatives" that come to mind as being better speakers for this particular angle of approach.

I've heard Kasich interviewed dozens of times now, and he's just not a compelling speaker. At times he's downright awful. He rambles, doesn't stay on topic, barely answers a direct question, and mostly is on TV nowadays to sell copies of his book.

But it's not a hill I'm going to die on. If he can help us with Ohio, okay then.

A lot of Democrats who think they are on "our side".

They are against Trump, but for themselves. They want to be in a position of "ally" so when Biden wins they can influence policy to W. Bush levels.

They are not our allies, and should be kicked to the curb publicly after the election.

BushCo's top policy men who paved the way for Trump, they are taking a HUGE slice of the money they are getting and putting it in their own pockets.

Also, Wilson saw the Left as "pathetic little whores" and "Obama's bitches". When called on these remarks he said he didn't want to be judged on his past remarks, but tellingly, he did NOT apologize for the remarks, or repudiate them.

I am pushing back against the narrative that they are cool guys who want to help. They seek to help themselves, by taking out a guy they helped elect, so they can deal themselves back in after the election, and continue pushing the conservative agenda. And they are paying themselves handsomely while doing it.

Let them spend their own money. Our money is better spent on down ballot candidates and GOTV efforts.
