Was just a series of way-overpriced seminars 'teaching' people how to make bazillions of dollars 'flipping' the foreclosed homes that flooded the market after the 2008 Housing Collapse.
It was all about profiting off of other American's misery ... you know ... the Trump Way.
A great many of those people who 'enrolled' were wiped out and had lost their homes and were looking for a way to get back on their feet. They put their faith in the largesse and expertise of DJT, who they'd seen on The Apprentice.
Instead they were taught how to get new credit cards and go even more in debt so they could pay for 'training', how to ask the banks for loans, how to approach family for loans (Tell them how Trump himself is training you how to get rich like HIM! You can't miss out on this opportunity! You'll pay them back with INTEREST!, etc).
Most of the 'beginners' seminars, for people who'd given SOME money, but hadn't given them a lot of money yet ... were really all about selling them on the expensive seminars where they'd REALLY learn the good stuff.
