Any guesses as to which cut would be bigger? Here's a clue:
1) Capital gains tax cuts benefit the wealthy...
2) "middle-income" tax cuts benefit the small remnant of what used to be the middle class.

I bet Ted Cruz won't make snarky comments about any "money machine" if they cut capital gains taxes.
