Hand deliver your ballots...make sure they count.

I guess we are going to have to bypass the USPS. Have your communities set up collection ballot boxes.

Then we can request absentee ballots, fill them out, and had deliver the ballots to the collection ballots prior to election day.

Bonus: We will have bypassed the voting machines that corporations have rigged.

I can drop off my request at the township clerk's office, OR scan and email it to them.

If Post Office is being messed with, any plan involving absentee ballots still needs working post office.

It still involved ballot delivered to you. And if I had to hand deliver my ballot, why wouldn't I just vote in person anyway?

to indicate there was a problem with the very sensible suggestion that you hand deliver your completed ballot.

I plan to vote in person to make sure my vote is counted. I am searching out an N95 mask and a face shield now so I can do it safely.

You need to decide what is best for you.

Even if I never get the ballot. My only option is going to be provisional ballot on election day in my voting place. As for safety gear, I already have it. But noting is a 100 %, and being surrounded by a bunch of people is not a good idea during a pandemic.

I'm back to leaning towards in person voting. My time is my own and I am pretty familiar with the ebb and flow at my precinct. And if it requires standing in line in inclement weather, so be it.

..so even tho we have had all mail in for years ..even tho I have never ever worried about mailing it back... I will walk mine to a drop box. Just so i dont put more strain on the post office. I even asked a clerk if we should walk our ballots in and they didnt think it was an issue to mail but told us to do whatever we felt more comfortable with.

Trump is rigging to suppress votes. If you drop it off, you know your vote will be counted.

The point is that if you mail it in, it might get "lost" or "delayed."

There is zero chance any Republican will win my city or state. Spending the several dollars In gas repairs etc it would cost for a special trip is setting the money on fire. And it puTo pollution in the air. I mail people paperwork for money so I notice mail service. Lately two day delay is typical. The worst so far is a six day delay. Unless the post office changes even more votes mailed ten days in advance will get there. But most people live in a safe red or blue district. I know I’m not supposed to say this but your vote has zero chance of changing anything. Voting is a civic duty, a moral responsibility, not a practical act. For two thirds of us at a minim. For 99.9% of us as a practical matter. Mostly I vote, despite my academic training in statistics, because it makes me feel good.

The mail hits my feel good button. Don’t drive your car to vote until Trump actually kills the post office. And even then don’t drive to vote unless you live in PA or Florida

Everyone here would crawl over broken glass to vote for Joe Biden. The probability calculator which operates in my head does it’s thing even if I don’t want it to. Blame it, don’t blame me. I just think the odds of mail sent ten days early not being delivered is extremely close to zero. Like Trump going a day without lying. And for most of us it doesn’t even matter because we live in a safe red or safe blue state.

But it is ok to hate me for what I said. I know I shouldn’t say it, even tho it’s true.,it is that darn calculator up there calculating whether I want it to or not. Blame it, not me.

Likely the exception, but TN does not allow ballots to be hand delivered anywhere. Also, once you request a mail-in ballot, you are not allowed to vote in person! 🤬
