He is the reason it got canceled and he alone.

Any other President and we'd be having football.

That is going to be interesting. Last home game is usually in late November. The more northern states (Minnesota, Michigan, and Wisconsin) are going to be even more interesting. I wonder if the Golden Gophers will play their home games in Vikings Stadium.

Uh, Pac 12 ain't playing either but have drug their feet on this impending decision. SEC will never make this decision the NCAA will have to force them to shut down.

The Okie state mullet head can coach the covid right out of the Big 12 !!!

I guess Iowa and Nebraska can just plow a corn field to play each other ?

Did we ever figure out how Purdue is gonna have 28,000 kids on their campus at the same time ????? Their president said as much last week.

College games bring millions of people to campus every Saturday in the Fall. The school will miss the revenue, but that is just the beginning of it. The local, restaurant, bar, and hotel industries will take a serious hit. Some schools have home owners who make serious money off parking in the Fall. Avery local business will suffer.

At my college (Michigan State), there were a couple families who collected returnables early every Sunday morning and would have literal truck loads full of bottles and cans. I asked one of them one time how much they take in after a game and they said up to $2000.

But it's the only thing that could happen. This is the result of Trump botching this back in March and Paril, calling it a hoax, calling it the flu, saying it will go away with the heat.
