If a Harris/Pence debate does indeed happen...

I would hope it would be done in an environment other than Zoom. I know this is wishful thinking.

I would like to see it done in a large well-ventilated auditorium.

No audience at all.

No one there but the debate participants, the moderators, and the technical crew required to deliver a professionally presented debate production.

Participants, moderators, and technical crew all masked up and distanced from each other at least 25 feet.

Harris and Pence do not approach each other to shake hands. They simply acknowledge each other with a smile behind the mask and go straight to their podiums. Their masks are then removed during the debates, with a special ventilation system being set up which directs their breath through filters, and into an unoccupied area. Special ventilation system near the monitors as well. The tech crew remains masked and silent throughout.

I want to see this debate in striking, clear, technicolor detail. No Zoom sound or video delays. In its glorious gory reality, I want to physically hear Sen. Harris' words slice through Pence like a knife as she calmly delivers, with a smile. I want to see how many different colors Pence turns as she slays him. I want to clearly hear every detail of his impotent stammers when he tries to answer a question.

I want close-ups of Pence's face as he is first embarrassed, and then obliterated. At the end of the debate, I want the camera to zoom in on the remains of what was once Mike Pence...a bloody, crumpled up suit on the floor behind the podium.

Before he is slayed though, I want to see the same look on his face that Barr and Kavanaugh had when being question by Sen. Harris. The look of a lying little boy.

As I type this, I cannot think of one single person, man or woman, who I would most rather not face in a debate more than Sen. Harris.

She has the ability to metaphorically surgically open him up with the precision of a surgeon's scalpel, and expose him to the world.

That being said, I see no need for Future POTUS Biden to even debate Trump. VP Biden should just continue on the path he is on...detail his plans and display examples of his empathy. Just let Trump continue to flap in the breeze, like an untethered scarecrow.

a microscope to dissect him.

Instead, it will be comparison of two people. Who has the confidence, charisma, knowledge, ability, and delivery style.

She can still make him look like the little man he is, but not by direct ripping.

He will die by a thousand verbal cuts. Although, this Chinese method of torture and death was banned in 1905, I believe that we will see Harris use it on Pence in their debate. He will know it is happening to him and be powerless to defend himself. Unless he makes the smart decision not to show up.
