Where is the POSTAL REGULATORY COMMISSION?

With the current manipulation of the USPS to steal the election, one would think that this supposedly independent watchdog commission would be directing policies implemented by the Postmaster General.

The current makeup of the commission is 3 Republicans and 2 Democrats, but an Obama appointee is the current chair.

If these folks are going to stand by at a time of this major upheaval, than their role seems purely ceremonial. Their authority needs to be strengthened with direct accountability to Congress.
