Which Senate Seats are currently

the most flippable? I have friends wanting to make donations.....(I went to DU's Kentucky forum and there's not a whole lot of activity. Does Amy McGrath have a chance to be McConnell)?

I went to DU's Kentucky forum and there's not a whole lot of activity. Does Amy McGrath have a chance to beat McConnell?

In any case, I'd be very appreciative for any feedback...

Thank you!

8. If he got in during a special election

which have low turnouts, there is hope for a regular one Presidential year. We have to work on that one. People did when he was elected.

10. Actually it's the reverse

Republicans largely sat out that election, and Democrats were highly motivated. Being that this is a presidential election year, every Republican will be voting. Especially with Trump at the top of the ticket, who’s very popular in Alabama.

12. That's odd, because one thing Republicans usually do

is vote. They don't complain about not being inspired, they get out and vote and vote for the lower offices and such.

And even then it was close.

5. Maine, Colorado are 2 of th em

Lets get Susan Collins out, and Cory Gardner. Both of them are in trouble. Would love to see Lindsey Graham lose, he is in a bit of trouble, but in SC, I hate to say it, but I doubt the black guy can beat him. I think we will take Arizona. Not sure who else, but I think the Dems are favored to win the Senate. I think Montana is another possibility.

6. Keep our eye on the ball

North Carolina close

South Carolina close

Kansas close

Montana close

Don’t forget we Probably need to pick up 4 seats if Alabama flips So we need one of the above and as many more as we can pry away.

Maine Good pick up opportunity
Arizona Good pick up opportunity
Colorado Good pick up opportunity.

Georgia wish list
Texas wish list

22. bottomofthehill.......

Thank you...

.....So maybe as possibilities:

Arizona - Mark Kelly
Colorado - Hickenlooper
Maine - Sara Gideon
Montana - Steve Bullock

Maybe at least a chance:

Georgia - Raphael Warnock
Iowa - Theresa Greenfield
N. Carolina - Cal Cunningham
S. Carolina - Jaime Harrison
Texas -M.J. Hager

Do you know if Amy McGrath stands a chance against McConnell? I have a friend who donated $50 to her campaign this week. My feeling is that we need to be REALLY pragmatic and strategic. As much as we'd frickin' LOVE to see McConnell gone, I think money should go to the campaigns with a real shot. I mean we REALLY need to take back the Senate (as though those of us on DU don't know that - duh)..

7. More then people think

But I'd give some consideration to a couple of races just off the Radar.

Right now I'd point you to Kansas and Alaska.

24. judeling...

I forgot about Kansas. I had Kansas Democrat - Barbara Bollier scribbled in my notes.

Alaska - It looks like the primary for the Democrats is 8/18 -(The incumbent Republican is running unopposed)

Edgar Blatchford, Al Gross, and Chris Cummings appear to be running against Dan Sullivan (R) (it's kind of confusing because it looks like at least one of these guys is an Independent).

9. A few I know of.

Sara Gideon has a chance against Susan Collins.

Jaime Harrison has a longshot against Lindsey Graham.

I keep hearing that McGrath doesn't have a chance against McConnell, but she's definitely raising some money.

All of the articles I have found state the incumbent, and not the opposer. So, I can't tell you any other names. But here is a good article.

https://cookpolitical.com/ratings/senate-race-ratings

The states to watch are AZ, CO, GA, IA, ME, MT, NC.

Bernie had a virtual Town Hall today... WITHOUT Amy McGrath but WITH Booker (her primary opponent). I thought that was strange. It's unclear, however, if Bernie neglected to include her for some unknown reason, or if perhaps she had other commitments and couldn't make it. Or maybe she didn't want to participate. --- I wonder what the story is.

(I think some star reporter from Politico should get on this right away.)

14. 13 were at one time flippable

Colorado we will win

Arizona we will win

then the ones we should win but are not as sure

North Carolina

Maine

Montana

Iowa

then the ones that we have decent shots at, but not at all a sure thing

Georgia Regular

Kansas

more of a long shot

Georgia special

then the pretty much little to no chance

Alaska (we have no Dem running, it is an independent, Gross to challenge the Rethug Sullivan, this has the best chance of these 4 to maybe, in a perfect world, flip)

Texas

Tennessee (Tim McGraw refusing to run, for the 2nd time in 2 years, and for an open seat both times, really screwed us)

Kentucky

Kelly (AZ) already won (doesn't need money)
Hickenlooper (CO) already won
Gideon (ME) leading
Cunningham (NC) leading)
Greenfield (IA) competitive
Bullock (MT) competitive
Ossoff (GA-1) competitive
Gross (AK) competitive
Bollier (KS) stretch
Warnock (GA-2) stretch
McGrath (KY) longshot
Harrison (SC) longshot
Hegar (TX) longshot
