(812 posts)Trump & his followers will absolutely turn Joe's (and Kamela's) comments against them. It's all about politics and demonizing the other side. They can't comprehend that someone might disagree vehemently with an opponent, but still have sympathy when something bad befalls them and their family, because they certainly wouldn't do that themselves!

In response to Biden's tweet, his Democratic running mate, the presumptive vice presidential nominee Kamala Harris, also expressed her condolences and "prayers" to the Trump family.
