I have seen a lot of speculation about the cause of his death, which I suppose is only natural since there has been no official announcement. It had also been reported previously that he was in the neurological ICU at Mt. Sinai for several days back in June, which in my mind at least raised the question of whether undue influence or outright fraud was involved in the injunction lawsuit purportedly filed by him against Mary Trump's publisher shortly after his discharge.
